Hello, and welcome to my attempt at a thorough support page for the beloved Coco. We here at Quark X are dedicated to preserving the past, and from time to time we come across old Technical Reference Manuals, Service Manuals, and schematics. I will do my best to make them into PDF files, to share. If you have an interesting old manual, book or schematic that you would like to donate to the Co Co library, or if you have any interesting story and/or corrections/additions, please feel free to e-mail me. This site started out as a composite of all the CoCo sites I could find and a lot of information (and thanks) is due in part to great CoCo sites by Al Santos, SockMaster, L. Curtis Boyle, Techno's site, Cloud 9 , Nickolas Marentes, just to name a few. If I haven't named your site, I do apologize. These are the main ones I have gathered info off of.

ONLINE STORE IS CLOSED AND I AM NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS. The pages have been removed from the server.

I must thank all the support of the CoCo community. I had only one offer to purchase the site and in the final hours, the buyer backed out, so I will be storing the inventory for one month and then its off the industrial shedder, and re cycling center. I have had a lot of inquires from "Vultures" who want the inventory for nothing and some have even expected me to ship it to them for nothing. I just ignore these comments as, the time , energy and hours I have put into this site and into the hobby, should account for something. I would rather send this off to the shedder and film it and put it up on U-tube, then give it all away for nothing. If some of this stuff is lost to the community forever, it is only the fault of the "Vultures", who expect something for nothing.
Sorry if that sounded like a rant, but some of the e-mails have really boiled my blood on what some of these guys expect. If you are interested, there was over 30 boxes packed up for the potential buyer. This was 99% all coco related stuff, and the vintage PC and most of the printers were excluded to save on the shipping costs.

The site will remain up until the domain hosting and name runs out.

It is with a heavy heart, that I am deciding to sell this site. As of Oct 1 2007 will no longer have the time or energy for the hobbie. So the site is for sale. It includes: Domain name and all files burnt to a DVD in Dreamweaver format. Transfer of the domain to your servers, and transfer of the domain to your name etc. It Also includes over 20 Boxes of inventory for the online store. Yes my complete collection-everything I have left. It also has a bunch of vintage PC parts, monitors and an Amiga 500 with a big box of floppies just for that. It is also filled with prototype and rare hardware, tons of software disks that a local programmer left me before he passed away, so allot of unseen software. There is just two catches though (there always is) the buyer MUST TAKE EVERYTHING- no I will not dig through it. The Buyer is COMPLETELY responsible for all shipping. He must make all arrangements for shipping on his/her end, and just tell me when the truck will show up and this MUST be completed before Sept 30 2007.

How Much? Bear in Mind, I have put over a thousand hours and 3 years of my life into the site, so make me a fair offer based on that and all the inventory you are getting. The buyer must know that the site will not go for free or even cheap. In other words Please save yourself the e-mail if you are not completely serious about making a deal.

I am Back sort of, I have taken a LOONG Break from the site and hopefully will sort of get it back up and running. Be advise that all e-mail should go to glenvdb at Hotmail.com. THE OLD E-MAIL NO LONGER EXISTS.
